Science: Eating Insects


In Episode 78: Eating Insects, Daniel Klein of The Perennial Plate interviews David Gracer of Small Stock Foods, an expert in entomophagy (eating insects for food), as he “gives a pretty good case for making wider use of bugs”.

Looks like this spider has been watching some Hoth battle scenes. There is NO WAY he learned these skills just by hanging out in nature alone. Unfortunately, he should of learned how to defeat the rancor monster instead.
